We would like to kindly inform you that in order to ensure the best possible availability of appointments, as part of the registration process, we use a prepayment system in the amount of PLN 200 for booking an in-person visit, which will be credited to the services provided during the visit. Booking an online consultation (teleconsultation) requires payment of the full amount as part of the registration process.
Cancellation of an appointment is possible no later than 48 hours before the appointment. In case of no-show at the scheduled appointment or failure to cancel within the indicated time, the prepayment made is non-refundable.
